New Workshops for 2026!

 

Breaking Bread: Masters Series – Our first multi-part workshop for advanced students who have completed Breaking Bread. This series challenges kids with difficult foods—steak, chops, salads, spaghetti, fish and seafood, grains, and long stringy vegetables—while reinforcing and expanding their dining skills. Over three sessions, students practice techniques in real-time dining experiences, building confidence, poise, and mastery like true table pros.

 

Tea Time: Steeped in History – Students explore the history of tea, learn about different types and processing methods, and practice proper English tea etiquette while sampling teas from around the world. This workshop builds on social and etiquette skills while offering a fun, interactive cultural experience.
